How to update my doozzoo version?

As doozzoo is an application that runs in the browser, the current version is always loaded when the application is called up. This means that no version needs to be installed!


Nevertheless, problems can occur when a new version of doozzoo is released. This is due to the fact that the browser still has program components of the old version in its cache and these are then mixed with those of the new version. 


In case of problems, please follow these steps:


1. Refresh the Browser

  • Load the doozzoo page: app.doozzoo.com
  • Then click on the refresh icon in the browser (next to the address bar) while holding down the Shift key.



2. Update Settings

  • Visit app.doozzoo.com.
  • Click on Settings in the menu on the left
  • Click on "Update settings" (at the bottom of the page)




3. Delete Browser Cache

Clean your browser cache manually!
