How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel a GO or PRO subscription by sending an informal e-mail to account@doozzoo.com. Cancellation must be made 14 days before the end of the term. All we need is your email address with which you are registered with doozzoo.

Your subscription and the direct debit will then end at the next possible date. Until then, you can continue to use doozzoo with your current plan.

After that, we will delete your account and all associated data.


A FREE plan does not have to be canceled. However, it can be deleted with all data at any time if you wish.
